Health Needs Assessment of Falls, Prevention and Management 2016

Falls represent a major public health problem. The aim of this document is to report on a comprehensive health needs assessment of falls prevention and management across Surrey which was undertaken between November 2015 and February 2016. The scope of the needs assessment is limited to the primary and secondary prevention of falls in adults aged 50 years and older.
