Surrey Uncovered

"Surrey Uncovered" is a research report produced by the Community Foundation for Surrey in 2013 (and subsequently updated as the version here in 2017).

This research revealed the significant needs present within our local communities at the time of writing..

Using the latest statistics available at the time, the report told a story about the stark inequalities and social disadvantage in our county. The research provided a powerful case for increasing local philanthropy to help support local community and voluntary groups to tackle these issues.

Newer methods are now used to continue to monitor the inequalities and disadvantage to be found in Surrey, and all partner bodies working to improve the lives of our residents continue to keep these in focus.

The Community Foundation continues to ensure funding is directed to where it is needed the most.
