The independent report on the Health and Wellbeing of Children and Young People in Surrey concentrates on the factors that contribute to inequalities in outcome starting before birth through to young people. The report illustrates that while the majority of Surrey's Children and Young People experience good health, achieve a high level of educational attainment and experience positive relationships, for some the opposite is true and can feel more marked. Giving every child the best start in life and supporting children to achieve the best health outcomes possible, is a priority for Surrey's Health and Wellbeing Board.
