The Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) provides a statement of need for pharmaceutical services for the population of Surrey. This Pharmacy Consolidation (merger) supplementary statement relates to a merger that was considered by the Surrey Health and Wellbeing Board in January 2022.
