Children and Young People with Additional Needs and Disabilities
Children and Young People with Additional Needs and Disabilities
The focus of this Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) is children and young people with additional needs and disabilities aged 0-25 years in Surrey. There will be further JSNAs on learning disabilities and autism across all ages. The JSNA collects data from a range of sources including national and local datasets and includes information from the last two years from across the Surrey system. A summary and recommendations bringing together this information can be found from slide 121. This JSNA centres the voice of children, young people, and their families at the heart of the insight and experience gathering process. This JSNA should be read alongside the Surrey Additional Needs and Disability Partnership self-evaluation and the Children and Young People with Additional Needs & Disabilities: 2022 -2030 Sufficiency Plan.
This chapter was published in February 2023.
