Active Lives 2017 / 2018

Sport England Active Lives results.

This is an annual survey of the general public carried out by Ipsos Mori on behalf of Sport England. The survey measures sport and physical activity across England and has almost 200,000 responses. It uses confidence levels based on Office of National Statistics data to estimate the values/percentages for the whole population. In 2017/18, 5,241 responses were from Surrey residents, which is on average 476 per Borough/District. Active Lives is a key tool in measuring the physical health of the country.
