The Surrey Health Related Behaviour Questionnaire for schools is a survey that collects data on how young people are feeling, specifically in relation to risk taking behaviours and protective factors, which are associated with wellbeing outcomes. The survey includes: what young people are concerned about, who they speak to when they are worried, and what behaviours young people engage in to help them feel well and able to cope. It is mainly targeted at Year groups 4, 6, 8, and 10. The survey is provided by the ‘Schools Health Education Unit’ (SHEU) on Surrey County Council’s behalf, every 2 years.
