Affordable housing includes social rented, affordable rented and intermediate housing, provided to specified eligible households whose needs are not met by the market. The information provided in the dataset is drawn from the P1E Form-Quarterly Homelessness Returns. The Quarterly P1E Form collects data from English LAs on the discharge of their responsibilities under the homelessness legislation. It looks at LA activity under the homelessness provisions of the 1985 and 1996 Housing Acts. Frequency: Financial Year
